Morning
Circle Time - JKs
participated in our circle time where the special helper put the number on the
calendar and counted, checked if Johnny had the proper outfit for the today's
weather, added a popcorn to our 100th day of school counting and as a class we
sang our calendar songs.
Snacks - JKs were encouraged to eat their healthy snacks.

Jolly Phonics – we listened to our phonics songs for the letters S, A and T. Then we all became detectives and dabbed all the Ts on our paper.
Recess and lunch
Language/Arts/UOI/Fine Motor Activity – today we used grocery store fliers to cut and sort healthy and unhealthy foods. JKs had fun and worked on their fine motor skills. :)

Math – today we completed an activity where JKs had to draw only one item on their paper and colour only one star. We will continue with this activity for numbers 2-10 through out this week and next week.

Centers - today we had our daily five "read to someone". JKs had a variety of books to choose from and were encouraged to "read" to a friend.
