Morning Circle Time - JKs participated in our circle time where the special helper put the number on the calendar and counted, checked if Johnny had the proper outfit for the today's weather, added a popcorn to our 100th day of school counting and as a class we sang our calendar songs.
Snacks - JKs were encouraged to eat their healthy snacks.

Jolly Phonics – we reviewed our songs for letters S and A. Then we made a list of words in which we could hear the A sound. I explained to the students that sometimes we hear sounds in the middle of the word such as cat, mat, sat, map or pan. Then we met Mr. Alligator.
Recess and lunch
Language/Arts – today we had the show and tell presentations for the letter A.
Fine motor Activity - we used alphabet beads and letter stamps to form our names.
Math – today we used fall cards to count the pictures and dab the correct number.

Centers - during centers JKs had the opportunity to make art using stickers and stamps and they also played with cars and dinosaurs.
