Morning Circle Time - JKs participated in our circle time where the special helper put the number on the calendar and counted, checked if Johnny had the proper outfit for the today's weather, added a popcorn to our 100th day of school counting and as a class we sang our calendar songs.
Snacks - JKs were encouraged to eat their healthy snacks.

Math – today we practiced our numeracy skills by cutting and pasting. JKs had to cut the popcorn pictures, count the pop corn and match with the correct number.

- Bake sale is Sep. 25th and 26th - please bring in NUT FREE baked goods as it is our class' turn to contribute.
- Casual Day is Sep. 26th
- Terry Fox is Sep. 27th - wear gym uniform
- Chudleigh's permission form is due Sep. 28th
- Orange shirt Day is Sep. 28th - all students are encouraged to wear an orange shirt. Orange Shirt Day is an event that started in 2013. It was designed to educate people and promote awareness about the Indian residential school system and the impact this system had on Indigenous communities for more than a century in Canada.
