Morning Circle Time - JKs participated in our circle time where the special helper put the number on the calendar and counted, checked if Johnny had the proper outfit for the today's weather and as a class we sang our calendar/morning songs.
Snacks - JKs were encouraged to eat their healthy snacks.

Language Arts/Math/UOI – we will be growing beans in the class. Today we counted them to 5 and then added beans up to 10. After that we put tem in a paper towel and sprayed water on the paper towel, then we put in our cups.

Next, we completed our journals. We will be recording the growth of our bean in our journals weekly. :)

Centers – during centers time, JKs use their creativity while developing their imagination; they also develop emotionally and cognitively. Centers time promotes social learning and support students as they develop skills of self-regulation.
