Morning Circle Time - JKs participated in our circle time where the special helper put the number on the calendar and counted, checked if Johnny had the proper outfit for the today's weather, added a popcorn to our 100th day of school counting and as a class we sang our calendar songs.
Snacks - JKs were encouraged to eat their healthy snacks.

Library - today JKs had the opportunity to visit the library and spend some time reading with Ms. Hayward.
Jolly Phonics – today we reviewed the letters: S, A, T, I and P. We sang our phonics song and looked at how the letters are formed.
Recess and lunch
Language/Arts – JKs completed a page of their Writing with Phonics workbook. They practiced writing the lowercase and uppercase P.
Fine motor Activity - JKs used the mini dry erase boards to write/draw.
Math – in math we had games where JKs had to match the pictures with the correct number.

Centers - today we had dinosaurs, lego and blocks. Here are the goals for this time of the day: emotional and cognitive development, promote
social learning and support students as they develop skills of self-regulation.
