What a cold day! We were all bundled up to go outside for recess! :)
Morning Circle Time - JKs participated in our circle time where the special helper put the number on the calendar and counted, checked if Johnny had the proper outfit for the today's weather, added a popcorn to our 100th day of school counting and as a class we sang our calendar songs.
Snacks - JKs were encouraged to eat their healthy snacks.
Jolly Phonics – we sang our phonics song and made a list of words that begins with g.

Language Arts – we completed 2 pages of our workbook writing with phonics where JKs practiced writing uppercase and lowercase g.

Math - JKs used the bingo daubers to dab the correct amount.

Centers – during centers time, JKs use their creativity while developing their imagination; they also develop emotionally and cognitively. Centers time promotes social learning and support students as they develop skills of self-regulation.
