Today our day was a bit different.
In the morning JKs participated in the assembly which took a bit longer than usual because of the Learner Profile Awards.
Then we came back to class and had our morning circle time. Then JKs had gym class and right after we completed an activity with the letter of our names.
After recess and lunch we had the Daily Five - listen to reading and read to someone.
We also had centers. While JKs were having centers I completed the letters and sounds assessment with each student. We also completed the pre assessment for our new unit on Math - data management.
After second lunch and recess we watched Ms. Bannon's class practice their Christmas song and we also practiced ours.
To finish the day we had centers and the prize box.
