Morning Circle Time - JKs participated in our circle time where the special helper put the number on the calendar and counted, checked if Johnny had the proper outfit for the today's weather and as a class we sang our calendar/morning songs.
Snacks - JKs were encouraged to eat their healthy snacks.

Daily Five - we completed a sight words search. Today we focused on the following words: see and I.

Language Arts – we completed a cut and paste activity where JKs had to cut the words and place them in the correct column.

Math – in math we continued with addition. JKs are getting fast at adding! :)

Centers – during centers time, JKs use their creativity while developing their imagination; they also develop emotionally and cognitively. Centers time promotes social learning and support students as they develop skills of self-regulation.

have any items, please wear gym uniform)

Tuesday, June 11th – Water Day for the JKs (apply sunscreen before coming to
school, wear a bathing suit under your casual clothes – preferably 2 pieces,
easier to use the washroom J, bring a towel and a hat).
